How the staple tee gets made.

The Bella+Canvas 3001 starts as fabric, not a shirt. Dye comes first. Before any pattern piece is cut, the cotton is dyed all the way through, so the shade lives in the yarn rather than sitting on top of it. Color is settled before shape exists.

Cutting comes second. Body, sleeves, collar rib — every piece comes off cloth that was already its final color, which is why the shade reads consistent across seams. Construction follows: side seams, taped neck, double-needle hems.

Last step, embroidery. Applied after dyeing, not before, so nothing in the color process ever touches the stitching. One mark. Chest left only. Thread set against the finished shade, and nothing added anywhere else.

That is the whole sequence. Fabric, dye, cut, sew, stitch. What you get is even color, flat-laying cotton, and a single stitched point of origin on the left chest.
